13. What do you like the most about working for this company? The least?
14. What is the philosophy of the company?
15. What do you consider to be the company's strengths and weaknesses?
16. What are the company's long and short term goals?
17. Describe the work environment
18. What attracted you (the interviewer) to this organization?
19. Why do you enjoy working for this company?
20. Describe the typical responsibilities of the position.
21. Describe the opportunities for training and professional development.
22. Will I receive any formal training?
23. What is the company's promotional policy?
24. Are there opportunities for advancement within the organization?
25. When can I expect to hear from you?
